I just love this little shop! Great selection, great prices, and super fun events like terrarium workshops. The owner is awesome and super helpful!! Highly recommend if you're looking for pretty houseplants in the Huntsville area. Here's a picture of a cutie terrarium I made at a workshop at Cope Plant Shoppe!

I give up. I have driven all the way out here several times when normal businesses should be open and they are closed. I discovered that they post their hours weekly on their Facebook page but then when there is nothing posted you don’t know if that means they’re closed or somebody forgot to post. There is no phone number to call. I feel like I’m going to a rave party where they text you the secret location. Seriously, I don’t know how they stay in business. I guess they do fine but I am not sure why and what exactly is going on here?

We had the absolute best experience at Cope Plant Shoppe in Gaslight Alley! We did a terrarium-building experience as a family — me, Brandon, Henry, and Wyatt - and it was such a fun, hands-on way to spend time together. We learned so much, the staff was incredibly helpful and encouraging, and the whole space is just inspiring and peaceful. Everyone walked away with a beautiful terrarium and a big smile. Highly recommend this experience for families, date days, or anyone who wants to get creative and try something new. We'll definitely be back!
